CAN I GET A CUSTOM LARGER SIZE?
Sorry I currently don't do custom sizing. I am able to tailor some styles to a smaller size though, just message me! There will be a small additional cost for my time/work.
WILL YOU DO A CUSTOM PRINT FOR ME/MY COMPANY?
Sorry I don't do custom designs for people, just my own designs. If you would like your logo/custom design printed I suggest going to your local screen printers who specialize in printing logos and designs for organizations and companies.
HOW LONG SHOULD IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Orders will be sent out within 1-2 weeks from ordering unless otherwise specified (pre orders, MTO...etc) SOVRIN is made and ran only by me, Kayla, so shipping times are longer than a fast fashion site. From then, once orders are shipped it will take 3-5 business days to arrive (U.S. ground orders) and orders outside the U.S. will take 1-6 business weeks to arrive once shipped.
I THINK MY ITEM(S) MAY BE LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO?
If you believe your order may be lost or stolen:
1.) If you live in an apartment complex, ask neighbors and the office if they have seen your package.
2.) double check with your local post office and see if they have come across the package or if there was a sub in for deliveries.
3.) Wait 1-2 days after item has been marked as "delivered" as sometimes the system is just a bit ahead of itself, and your package is still safe and sounds.
4.) As always....message me with any concerns and I am happy to help in any way I can! I want to be sure that it gets taken care of.
I will NOT be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise as all items are handmade/made to order and take lots of time. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order(which is recommended) please purchase insurance during checkout(select shipping method) to protect your purchase from SOVRIN.

I will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise. I provide tracking for all orders and if the item states it was delivered, then it is out of my hands. Please note that you may easily add on Insurance to your package for less than a couple dollars to ensure your purchase from SOVRIN is delivered safely. You may purchase insurance in the shop.
I ship via USPS first class shipping. If you wish to have your item shipped priority or express please notify me prior to purchase and we can discuss pricing. The processing time will remain the 3-5 business days but the shipping method may be upgraded.
All order outside the US will be shipped via first class mail. This will take up to 6 weeks to arrive in the mail. Please remember that countries will hold packages at the border for as long as they see fit and I have no control over the amount time it takes to reach the destination.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Returns are not accepted at this time. Exchanges only if item is in original condition /unworn and it has been less than 7 days of receiving the package. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back and new shipping costs.
Please refer to size chart before purchasing.
**BUYERS OUTSIDE OF U.S. PLEASE READ**
I highly suggest adding insurance to your order as shipping overseas has a higher likelihood of mis delivery (though it rarely happens...it's safe to have it covered!) You may purchase insurance in the shop.
If an incorrect address is provided/if a package is not claimed and shipped back, there is a shipping fee for me to re-claim the package. The buyer will be responsible for paying this fee. It will either be deducted from the refund, or an invoice will be sent for the previous shipping fee and the re-shipping fee.
Insurance is not available for packages being shipped to: Afghanistan; Algeria; Angola (Cabinda); Belarus; Bosnia and Herzegovina; Burma; Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast); Croatia; Cuba; Democratic Republic of the Congo; Greece; Iran; Iraq; Jordan; Liberia; Libya, Moldova; Montenegro; Nigeria; North Korea; Paraguay; Republic of the Congo (Zaire); Serbia; Sierra Leone; Somalia; Sri Lanka; Sudan; Syria; Togo; Yemen; Zimbabwe.
Please be aware to buyers outside the U.S. that some countries require a fee for purchases above a certain cost in order to collect your package. I am unable to know what fees each of the 195+ countries in the world charge, so please be aware of your countries fees prior to purchasing. I will not be held responsible for any of the customs fees.
I will not mark your item as "gift" or alter the price listed on the package in order to avoid any fees as it is illegal.
